By accessing or purchasing from Scentvault ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Digital Products & Services

Scentvault sells digital products and digital services only. All products are delivered electronically via download, email, or secure access immediately or shortly after purchase.

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product or service has been delivered or access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-returnable digital content.

3. Access & Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.

Delivery is considered complete once access to the digital product is provided.

If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, you must contact us within a reasonable time so we can assist with re-delivery if applicable.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose our digital products
• Use our products for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to dispute or reverse charges after receiving digital access
• Abuse payment systems or file fraudulent chargebacks

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without notice.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Scentvault, you agree that initiating a chargeback for a properly delivered digital product is unauthorized.

We reserve the right to submit proof of delivery, access logs, and transaction data to payment processors in dispute cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, digital materials, branding, and intellectual property on Scentvault are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scentvault is not liable for:

• Misuse of purchased digital content
• Business outcomes, financial results, or decisions made using our materials
• Temporary access issues beyond our reasonable control

All products are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
